First Consultation

During your visit you will have a one to one consultation where we ask a few questions about the type of wedding gown you are looking for, including shape, size, style and price you would like to keep within.

Our gowns are to buy off the peg so therefore have immediate availability. The appointment lasts for approximately an hour giving you the opportunity to try on gowns you like in your size.

If you find your dream gown during your first appointment we prefer payment in full. However, if you would like to secure the dress a minimum of 50% of the price is required as a deposit with the balance due within seven days.

If payment in full is not possible, a two month Payment Plan is available at no extra cost if time until your wedding allows.

Re-try appointment

We appreciate you may not be able to decide if your favourite gown is "the one" during your first consultation. We will hold a gown for 24 hours if a follow up 're-try' appointment is booked. Your second appointment usually lasts up to half an hour.

We appreciate you will probably like some help choosing your wedding gown so you are welcome to bring guests to your appointment.

Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times and ask they not be permitted on the stage area for their own safety.
